Greg Rowe and Associates has acted as both Town Planning Consultant and Project Managers for BGC and our many development and construction entities. We have required the services of this firm in our quarrying operations; transport division; building materials manufacturing and land subdivision enterprises. We currently utilise the services of the GRA group in Perth, Bunbury, Geraldton, Port Hedland, and Karratha, Western Australia and in various locations throughout the eastern seaboard of Australia.
Mr Rowe has the advantage over other planners in that he is both a qualified architect and town planner. He has had extensive experience in working with Local Government and has an understanding of town planning law that makes him the consultant of choice to a large proportion of the legal fraternity when professional evidence is required for SAT appeals.

"Greg Rowe and Associates has been involved in Port Bouvard Ltd’s key projects since 1997, when we purchased the Port Bouvard site in Mandurah.
Greg Rowe and Associates was proactive in reassessing the Port Bouvard land estate, which was outdated in its planning design, and provided key assistance in increasing both the yield and attractiveness of the estate.
With a strong commercial insight, Greg Rowe and Associates turned around Port Bouvard, which had previously languished.
The planning consultancy has now been working with us on the Gidgegannup townsite, and while Greg Rowe and Associates has been known for their strengths in statutory planning, we have been very pleased with the company’s evolving focus in the area of urban design.
The townsite concept plan accommodated a number of stakeholder and community comments and the level of presentation and finish of the final plan and supporting documents was of the highest level.
