    Greg Rowe

    Greg Rowe : Principal and Managing Director

    Greg is the founding Principal and Managing Director of Greg Rowe and Associates since the Company’s inception in 1991. Prior to this, Greg held similar positions in private consultancy for in excess of six years. Before entering private practice, Greg spent some 9 years in various Local Government planning agencies, including senior positions at the City of Bayswater, City of Melville and City of Perth.

    Greg is highly qualified and holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts (Urban and Regional Studies/Planning). He is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and has recently been appointed a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia's Urban Planning Committee.

    George Hajigabriel

    George Hajigabriel : General Manager

    George has worked alongside Greg since GRA’s inception and also holds qualifications in Urban and Regional Studies/Planning as well as Property Studies. George oversees many of the large sub division projects on behalf of GRA’s clients and is especially skilled with co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

    George is also the Manager Project Development, a Member of Australian Institute of Project Management and an Associate Member of the Planning Institute of Australia.

    Alan Stewart

    Alan Stewart : Manager Perth

    Alan has 18 years Town Planning and Project Management experience, with both public and private sectors and in particular with urban regeneration and inner-city environmental improvement projects.

    Alan has considerable experience in the fields of statutory planning, advocacy, appeals, heritage (Aboriginal and European), subdivision design and site concept planning, with a particular focus on urban renewal. Since joining GRA in 2000, Alan has successfully co-ordinated the statutory approval processes for numerous residential and mixed-use developments in Perth, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

    Alan is an Associate Member of the Planning Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Project Management.

    Matt Young

    Matt Young : Manager Regions

    Matt joined GRA in 2008 after working for over 20 years in Senior Town Planning positions within Local, State and Regional Government in Western Australia and the United Kingdom. Previous postings included the City of Mandurah, City of Fremantle, City of Cockburn, Department for Planning and Infrastructure, Bedford Borough Council, Dorset County Council and Purbeck District Council.

    Matt is recognised as a Certified Practicing Planner by the Planning Institute of Australia and has also recently been appointed a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia's South West Regional Development Committee.

    Monica Sullivan

    Monica Sullivan : Manager Mid West

    Monica joined GRA in May 2010 as the Manager of the Mid West Regional Office. Prior to accepting this position, Monica was employed as an Assistant Planning Officer at the Shire of Northampton, where she worked on a wide range of statutory and strategic planning projects.

    Paul Cunningham

    Paul Cunningham : Manager Pilbara - Port Hedland Office

    Paul is the Manager of the Port Hedland Office which services the Pilbara Region. Paul joined GRA in 2003 whilst completing the final semester of his degree in Urban and Regional Planning at Curtin University. Paul has been involved in various Town Planning and Project Management projects in Greg Rowe and Associates’ Pilbara, Perth and Mid West Offices.

    Simon Armstrong

    Simon Armstrong : Manager Pilbara - Karratha Office

    Simon is the Manager of Greg Rowe and Associates’ Karratha Office. He first joined Greg Rowe and Associates in 2005 prior to graduating from the School of Urban and Regional Planning at Curtin University. Simon has a wide range of experience in the Pilbara Region having been involved in the successful completion of a variety of Town Planning and Project Management projects in Port Hedland, Karratha and Onslow during his previous role as Manager of Greg Rowe and Associates’ Port Hedland office.

    Kim Kyle

    Kim Kyle : Principal Urban Designer

    Kim joined GRA in 2003 prior to graduating from the School of Urban and Regional Planning at Curtin University. Since joining the company Kim has undertaken the role of managing the Design Studio and been involved with various master planning projects for Clients such as Port Bouvard Ltd and Satterley Property Group.

    Kim has also recently been appointed a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia's Women in Property Committee.

    Claire Richards

    Claire Richards : Senior Associate

    Claire joined GRA as a Town Planner in 2002, after graduating from the School of Urban and Regional Planning at Curtin University in 2001. Since joining the company, Claire has been involved in the successful completion of a number of Town Planning and Project Management projects including Port Bouvard and the Emu Brewery site.

    Darren Evans

    Darren Evans : Senior Associate

    Darren works as a Town Planner and Project Manager with GRA. Prior to joining the Company in 1999, Darren worked at the City of Bayswater and the Department of Transport. In his time at GRA, Darren has been involved with a variety of high profile master planning projects including Glenfield Beach Estate and Woorree New Townsite in the Mid West.

    Darren is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.

    Doug Smith

    Doug Smith : Senior Associate

    Doug works as a Town Planner and Project Manager in the Peel/South West Office. Doug joined GRA in 2006 and prior to that worked in senior Town Planning positions within Local Government for a period of 22 years.

    Doug is an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.

    Sean Fairfoul

    Sean Fairfoul : Senior Associate

    Sean works as a Town Planner and Project Manager with GRA after joining the company in 2006. Prior to this, Sean spent 11 years as a Town Planner at the Town of Kwinana. Sean has considerable experience in industrial developments, Town Planning Scheme reviews, Scheme Amendments, structure planning, developer contribution schemes, large-scale residential and special rural subdivisions, and reports supporting Liquor Licence applications.

    Sean is an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.

    Abdul Mousli

    Abdul Mousli : Senior Project Manager

    Abdul, a qualified estimator, joined Greg Rowe and Associates as a Project Manager in 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Abdul worked as the Senior Estimator for Signature Custom Homes. Abdul has a broad range of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. Abdul’s industry experience includes working on residential HIA award winning homes with a value in excess of $4.0m and a broad range of Project Management projects.

    Aaron Lohman

    Aaron Lohman : Associate

    Aaron has over seven years Town Planning experience. Prior to joining the Company in 2006, Aaron worked most recently in senior positions at the City of Fremantle and at the City of Joondalup. Aaron has a broad range of experience and understanding of strategic and statutory planning processes.

    Lynden Semmens

    Lynden Semmens : Associate

    Lynden has been with GRA since 2003, and has worked in both our Perth and Peel Regional Offices. Through his work at GRA, Lynden has been involved with numerous Town Planning, Project Management and Urban Design projects including Warwick Commercial Park and Kardinya Park Shopping Centre.

    Peter Fitzgerald : Associate

    Peter joined Greg Rowe & Associates as a member of the Design Studio in 2010 after some 14 years experience in Local Government, State Government and private practice. Peter’s experience has ranged from dealing with rural subdivision and tourism proposals in Western Australia’s regional areas to urban regeneration projects within the central city area.
